Why Do We Do It?
Because Esther showed us the power of friendship.
Esther never met a person who didn’t instantly become her friend. Although her life was brief, her ability to bring joy, connection, and comfort to others continues through Esther’s Friends.
Created in Esther’s memory, Esther's Friends carries forward her gift of friendship by supporting children facing long-term hospitalizations and their families.
What Do We Do?
Through thoughtful, tailored partnerships with pediatric hospitals, Esther’s Friends addresses needs often left unmet, delivering comfort and essential resources while fostering togetherness.
Our support includes, but is not limited to, Child Life Specialist support, patient assistance funds, emergency support, comfort care kits, adaptive toys, books, therapy dog visits, parking assistance, and meal vouchers.
